PRICING PLANS

Estimates:

Pricing Plans are provided as estimates, and actual prices may vary.
Note: Prices are contingent on headcount and/or specific food choices.

Travel Fees:
- A travel fee of $0.50 per mile applies to services beyond the surrounding areas of Columbia, South Carolina.
Payment Terms:
- Payment settlement is required 14 days in advance of any non-wedding event.
- For weddings, all outstanding balances must be settled no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
- A $50 late fee will be imposed for each day of delayed payment.
- Please note that all payments are non-refundable due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural events such as hurricanes and other acts of nature. However, you may be eligible to reschedule your event. We appreciate your understanding.
Reservation Deposits:
- A $500 deposit is mandatory for reserving dates for non-wedding events.
- Weddings necessitate a 25-50% deposit (Date Contingent), deducted from the total balance. All deposits are non-refundable.
Headcount and Menu Details:
- The total proposal and event date will determine the deposit amount. Typically, 25-50%
- Final headcount and menu selections must be provided 14 days before non-wedding events and 30 days before weddings. No changes can be accommodated after this deadline unless under extreme circumstances.
Pricing Details:
- Average per person pricing for non-wedding events starts at $20 (minimum of 50 persons).
- Event space catering requires a minimum of 40 persons.
- A reduction in headcount may result in an increased per person rate due to bulk pricing.
- Minimum of $1000 for all delivery/setup catering requests
Wedding Pricing:
- Weddings start at $30 per person (minimum 75 persons for weddings and related events). Exceptions to headcount can be made on case by case basis.
Full Service Option:
- Full-service catering is available at an additional cost, starting at $20 per hour per server.
Special Packages:
- Budget and child pricing options are offered.
- Holiday package pricing varies based on selected items.
Additional Services:
- Personal Chef quotes are available upon request (minimum of 10 persons).
- Cooking classes start at $100/hr per person-2 hr minimum.
- Customized menu pricing is available for tailored experiences.
